With Kings you should be raising preflop to 3 or 4 dollars. This table is ridiculous in that everybody's calling. If you thought you had the best hand on the flop you should have reraised all in. If you had raised preflop and then raised again on the flop maybe you would have gotten the J 9 to fold. If he calls you then there's nothing you can do about that. But if you're trying to slowplay or playing scared then that's what can happen. Then again this table is very loose.

I agree with the above post, you should probably have raised more preflop to drive out the j9. Once he hit the 9, it would have been harder to get him out but not impossible, another bigger bet. Once he hit his second pair, you were in trouble. Depending on your read on his previous play, you may have been able to put him on his two pr or a set, which by the way he was betting, wouldn't have been out of the question. Either way he may have been in for the duration. I don't know about you one of my biggets leaks is my inability to lay down large pairs that don't improve.
I had the right to remain silent...I just didn't have the ability.

I think i got a bit worried that there was 2 pair out there somewhere. I know I totally should have raised a larger amount preflop and it would have probably gotten rid of my pesky J9 counterpart . Frustrating part is that I was waiting for ever to get some decent cards and when I do, I go and screw up the play of them.

You should make it at least $6 before the flop.

There is no reason to overbet the pot that much. 6xBB is too much. $3 or $4 is correct. There is no hand that merits raising the minimum preflop. You may as well limp in, which at least disguises the strength of your hand. I'm not a big fan of this either. Kings are a very vulnerable hand if you let people in cheap so I generally make it 4xBB (as I do with any hand I raise with). Also, you should have immediately reraised all in once the A10 went all in, letting the other player know you had an overpair.
