I changed up a little after misplaying KQ from the small blind last week, raising out of position, etc... Anyways, thoughts on this play? What's your turn decision given the action? Not particularily interesting, but these hands come up a lot for me and I think I'm missing some bets.Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cxPreflop: thecamelot is SB with K:heart:, Q:club:. without reads, pot is big enough to call down.but more importantly, you should have folded preflop.aseem

without reads, and in a very general sense, sure.you do realize that these are definitely not concrete, and other actions become better depending on different factors.aseem

yeah, i'm talking as a "default sshe play" without reads.what are you doing against a very loose raiser (ep mp and lp) with KQ in the small blind against his raise? with 1 or 2 cold callers? why?

i will almost never three-bet.the only scenario i'd three-bet is if no one has cold-called and bb is particularly tight.being out of position really does make a big difference.aseem

Call with KQs.Call with KQo vs. no raise with many limpers. Raise it vs 1 maybe 2 loose limpers.Fold KQ against an EP raise. Be more inclined to 3-bet/call vs a steal.
