total newbie at omaha, but once you become excellent at reading hands post flop, are you able to play multiple tables more easily than holdem? i have heard that omaha is much more about math postflop than trying to put people on a hand or range of hands.

Small stakes PLO is all about holding the nuts and pushing with it. Someone will almost always call you. I think the biggest key is to read the board, and see which cards will help you or hurt you. But, I'm a newb too.Zach

zach is right. SSPLO (hi or split) is all about nut peddling. and about position.you'd think this leads to you being able to play more tables, but i find that since you play more hands in plo, it works out about even.
