I play online on the Prima poker network. Mostly Holdem No Limit. I'd like to know what everyone looks for when looking for weakness in an opponent. Of course betting pattern has a lot to say. But what signs do you usually look for regarding post flop play? Im asking this primarily because usually when I feel like I have the best hand but I cant be for sure, I end up checking the flop instead of betting and feel that I am losing out on cash winnings and also the fact that I would rather have my opponents fold to me than see my hand at showdown just to give them as less info about my play as possible. NL Hold em is all about reading your opponent, even online.
what signs do you look for to sense weakness.

If I believe I have the best hand but there are hands that can beat me I will always bet. Not a lot, i.e. blinds are 50/100 and I get a decent flop, I will bet 100. Then I can see where I am at. If I get reraised, then I gotta think, if everyone folds, cool. If I get a caller or more than see what happens on the river. But I rarely check a good hand, maybe if i flopped quads, but that is it. I have a set, I will bet out each and everytime.
