I was just wondering where people will be playing now that the party skins will be getting less action. I'm thinking about jumping on with pokershare, but I'd like to hear from anyone who plays on UB on how the PLO8 tables are.

I don't generally play PLO, but I have been a little bit lately, and it seems soft on Pokershare... even for a newbie to the game like me.Aside from losing too quads twice when I've had top boat, I'd be up a bit.Anyways, pretty soft.Actually... on second though, I play PLO, not O/8... so take this for what you will...Zach

PokerStars' PLO8 tables are softer than PP's but it doesn't have as much actions as PP does, but I've seen increased activities at PS lately.

I've been whoring Pokershare for a few days, playing mainly PL and Limit Omaha 8. The tables (at the 25/50 cent level anyway, I'm still cheap) are crazy soft. I am coming off of a month and a half at Absolute which was nothing but rocks though.

I just pulled most of my money off of PP.(About 1K) I was planning on depositing $600 onto Empire to get Rakeback, and chucking the rest on 1 or 2 other sites with good bonuses and Rakeback (maybe pokershare, Pacific) Not too sure, havent researched it yet. Any suggestions? I'm basically a better than break even player in LHE, LO8, and PLO8 .(lowest limits) This is why I must get on the Rakeback wagon.

Rocks and rings baby!!!I disagree with your analysis of the players at absolute, at the 25/50 cent level, or one higher/lower. 75% fish, 20% rocks, 5% FCP'ers. 8)

Party is still good, though less game selection especially at 1k/2k. At the lower level, many tight players seem to have left for better bonus/rakeback opportunities, so the games are arguably better if you're not afraid of a little variance.Played at Stars some the past few days, and those games are great for a different reason--players on average seem much more weak-tight, prone to lay down a hand they shouldn't. Very easy to push a table around--especially when the random idiot chooses to look you up with less than nothing.

I play PLO8 on UB everyday. I can't imagine a softer game anywhere.What you'll find is that a lot of players will buy in for less than the max, so if you do get burned, it's never for that much. There are some horrendous plays going on. If you're up for it, the NL tables (when they get together) are just as bad.If I play there 7 days a week, I will only maybe lose one session and that is only minimal. A typical session I will double to triple up.
