He couldn't hit that bet button fast enough. But I have my opened ended straight draw + my pair so I am in this hand until the river unless the action gets heavy on the turn.I pick up my second pair on the river, and he bets out. So now I'm looking at 10.5 to 1 on my money to call. I'm not really worried about the SB at this point, he hasn't showed any strength. If he had a gut shut and hit it he'll raise and I can fold. I call here getting to 10.5 to 1 on my money, because my two pair here only has to be good one in ten point five times to make it a profitable call.So before you go folding for one more bet on the river, think about how many times your hand has to be good here to take down the pot.Folding what may be the best hand on the river for one more BB is much more of a costly error long term than calling for one more BB when your hand may be good.I know this may be trivial to a lot of people that read it, but I know there are a lot of people out there who haven't learned this lesson. And this is for them.

I don't think anybody folds this hand at almost any level for just 1 more bet.

That is cool. I'm not at the higher levels yet so I don't know. A board like that though I would think a lot of people would lay my hand down.

It's an even easier call at the low limits to be honest, you don't make money by making great laydowns at the low limits. You should probably never be folding the river when your hand has a decent shot of winning the pot and 2 pair definitely qualifies in this case.

That's exactly how I feel.Take a hand earlier where I had Kings in LP on a 6-max table. It's raised by the time it gets to me so I bring it in for a 3 bet, it gets back to the better who thinks for a second and than caps it.You get in a mode where it is like these players are playing their hands face up sometimes, but at the same time you can never be quite sure just what it is they have.Well anyway the flop comes Q-3-3 rainbowed and he bets out, I raise him, he 3 bets.And this point I don't want to be a spewer so I call all the way down, no ace comes, and he turns over Queens.I knew he had queens from the start, but I really felt that I had to call every street unless an ace came down or another queen. What else was I suppose to do? He could have had jacks, tens, twos.. Ace high.. Who knows?
