All the Peyton doubters can't say much about his performance today. Edge is fantastic. They are heading to the Super Bowl. The fact that the Pats couldn't get it together against the Chargers further drives my point. Colts with homefield advantage is a Super Bowl visit for sure. Link to post Share on other sites

This era of fantasy sports has made QB's like Peyton Manning the top player in people's mind while players like Tom Brady are looked down upon because they don't put up stellar numbers. This is the reason people were doubting the Colts and Manning despite the fact that he was winning football games.Joe Montana and Troy Aikman both won multiple Super Bowls, but neither one of them put up top 5 numbers consistently. What fucking analysts were you reading? Between ESPN, SI , and Sporting News analysts, Colts were picked to go to the Super Bowl by about 25-30% of the analysts. At the beginning of the season I predicted a Colts Super Bowl win only to be battered down by countless posts of "no one can beat the Patriots", "I think the NFC might actually do something this year", and other arguments. I couldn't seem to find much support preseason when I said the Colts would go 14-2 and win the Super Bowl....if I look like an idiot, so be it, but the guy's a ****stick and needed to hear it.
