I just came in second in a two table SnG on Pokerstars. I was playing really well, won a few big pots and then started playing really aggressive, caught a few players coming after me with trash when I was holding a monster. Anyway, when the first play came around, I was up around 8000. It was final table 8 handed. I had AQ, on the button. A short stack goes all in (around 800 chips). Another guy calls. I call.EDIT: In retrospect, this was a bad call. Even though these guys were going all in with almost any two cards, I should have waited for a better opportunity. /EDITFlop: A rag rag. No flush or straight possibilities, besides backdoor. I'm pretty sure the guy has a PP that's not aces. I put him all in. He thinks about it forever, and calls. He had enough to where I had about 2000 left if I lost. If I won, I would cruise into the money. My cards: AQFirst all in: 55Second all in: JJturn blank.river J.Now I didn't get pissed off, didn't tilt, stayed calm and realized that my style had helped me build up chips previously and i wasn't out of this at all.A few hands later a shorter stack than mine goes all in with A7. I called with KQ suited. He catches the ace on the flop, I get no help.Turn: tenRiver: Jack.Boy was he pissed. He went on a tirade for about 5 minutes. A couple of the people at the table brought up my bad beat from a minute ago, but he went right into the whole "woe is me" routine. So next time you get a bad beat, remember, sometimes it might only be a few hands away before your luck evens out.
I'm not a professional poker player, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Yeah, we will all see the same good and bad cards in the end, and we have all sucked out and been sucked out on. But we remember the times we lost as a 95% favorite a lot more than when we hit that two-outer.Although you are probably right to fold AQ given an all-in and a call, once you hit the flop, I think it was a good read and a good play to put the 2nd guy all-in.Its not easy to keep off tilt when something like that happens, but if you can do it you will play a lot better in the long run and like you said, you will suck out on other people sometimes as well.
