Sitting in 5th posistion on a full final table (10 players)Blinds are 6K/12KI have 89K in chips, I am the shortstack. Leader holds about 500K.Everyone fold to me and I hold 10 :D 10 :D I raise to 36K.Everyone folds to the BB who after some thinking calls.Flop comes 2 :) 9 :club: 8 :) BB checks.I bet 12KHe raises me all in.So there is 143K in the pot and I am holding around 41KI know what I did, but what would you do?

Call, easy.He probably has something like a A rag and paired up and is thinking you didn't hit the flop.

It was an easy call.Figured as well he had AT-AK. The table had been very tight for the last 30 minutes or so.I called and he showed AA.Oh well. I figured I made the right call, but it had been bothering me a little and wanted to see what you all thought. Whether I went all-in preflop or not I was doomed once the cards were dealt. :-) Thanks!

Push pre-flop. You didn't, so you should have pushed post-flop. You didn't.

Would any of that make him fold his AA? I don't think so, but in theory, regardless of what he had, yes, I played it to timid.

It wouldn't. I was simply stating that you played this hand wrong. That's all.

push pre flop, push the flop, push the turn, and push the river.it doesnt matter.... you are way too commited to this pot.as the short stack, you have to pick a hand and go with it.
