I've finally got enough money to get a second bankroll going, so I've been playing on Paradise. The whole reason I'm there is to play Crazy Pineapple. That said, I have limited experience with the game. Fortunately, almost everyone I've played with seems to suck so far. I'm aware of the fact that the more cards you're dealt, the fewer hands you should play. That said, I'm still trying to learn what starting hands to play from certain positions. I've been kind of blending HE/Omaha requirements. For example, middle pocket pairs...I'm slightly more apt to play them for set value than in Omaha, but not quite as apt as I am in HE.Obviously, two of the three cards being suited is helpful. Three big cards are good. Big pairs are decent. I'm also playing some tri-connector cards like 987 from late position.Anyway, any further advice would be really helpful. If anyone knows of a starting hand chart, that'd be great too.

Play if you have at least two good starting Holdem hands. Three is great, two is okay. Play the three card runs, like you said. Be less likely to play 3 suited cards, unless they're connectors. You can afford to play more hands than in Holdem, as long as you're playing crazy Pineappple and not just pineapple. I hope the reason is obvious. If you're playing straight pineapple, you should tighten up, only play hands where you've got 3 legit Holdem hands. I don't know of a chart, but for crazy, try:1) Big pairs with a suited side card2) Middle pairs with a suited connecting side card3) Low pairs with a suited Ace4) AXX (where X is a 10-count, and x would be a small card)5) XXX unpaired6) AXx with the Ace suited to the x.7) Any 3-straight from 4-5-6 up.For a real kick try crazy pineapple 8/b. All of the above hands except the middle 3-straights, (7-8-9 through 9-T-J) plus any A2, A3, or 23, any Ace-low-low, or any 3 to a wheel.HTH.Mensch
