bdc30 0 Posted September 22, 2005 Share Posted September 22, 2005 Playing $1/2 NL at the Windsor Casino.Seat 8 was a maniac, drunken fish.I saw him go from $100 to $600 to about $70in chips over the course of an hour whenthe following hand came up.Preflop3 folds, seat 4 goes all in with only $10, 3 folds, Maniac raises to $60 (he only has $67 in front of him),BB re-raises all in.At this point, the maniac has to put in only his last $7into a pot of $130, and he FOLDS , flippingover A Q suited, takes his last $7 with him and walks away from the table.Now, turns out he was beaten by both guys at the river,one with AK, the other had JJ and hit trips, but even still, for the life of me, I can't figure out what the fuck was going through this guy's head. Well, I have 72 off in BB with 700 left and BB = 200. SB raises me all in ( again) and I call..getting 1.8:1 . Everyone brought a wireless laptop and played on Royal Vegas software (promotion by their College Poker Team). I was chip leader with 5/30 left. Winner-take-all for $675 (though I was going to try to work a deal with top 3).I got "caught stealing" a couple times and was shortstack with 4 left. Folds to me in the SB. I have 6,960. BB is leader with ~15,000. Blinds 600/1200. I have ATo, slide the bar all the way over, and hit raise. Well, I guess I wasn't paying attention very well. I thought he folded. I went to hit the much button. Turns out...it was the Fold button. Apparently, sliding the bar all the way over didn't put me all-in. I had 160 in chips left, and he forced me all-in...and I folded. :cry:Granted, he said he had TT, and I would've been in bad shape...but it still really sucked to just give away all my chips without seeing a board.I got a bag and a t-shirt...and $10 in a Royal Vegas account. Guess it wasn't a total loss. I'm currently playing .05/.10 Limit trying to build it up. It's really weird being pumped about being up to $13 after two sessions. Link to post Share on other sites
