I just found out I have to go to DC for a week in January. I was wondering if anyone knows what the poker scene is like there ? Nearest Card Room / Casino etc. Thanks

Nearest casino would be in Atlantic City....about 3 hours north. Gambling, from what I know, is illegal there. I live 25 minutes away.

Yep. Antlantic City is your closest bet. Bring your laptop if you want to find a decent game.

Actually there's quite a few games in the DC/Baltimore area, I think two of the rooms are even legit.
