I would've raised the flop at least 40-50 dollars. And as for the turn raise, I think it was a fine raise as you weren't giving the flush draw good enough odds to call. ( I am doing this at the top of my head so my math might be off) And also, I think callnig that preflop was dumb. But that's just me.

Hmm.. Nice flop.Preflop: Bad. Flop: I cold call too. Only thing that's scary is clubs.Turn: Very good raise. A lot of people mini raise here, but tripling his raise is good.River: No good, very bad, horrendous. You can fake missing your clubs, but I doubt he'll bet. If he's ahead, you fold, if he's behind he loses his money. He has no reason to make this bet. You need to bet here! He's committed to call AT LEAST 80 bucks. Bet big, go all in, something.. checking here it stuuupid. Even if he trips his aces, I think he checks here about 2/3 of the time. Position is important. Do you see why..? BET.Other than donking preflop and donking river, not bad. You donkeyed only half of this hand. It may be 6 handed, but I still don't think JTo is worth calling preflop with that raise. Suited, maybe.Oh, and on the river, I push the rest of my chips in. No reason to risk losing this opportunity. Him seeing your cards makes him not tilt, him not being able to see what cards you were actually holding makes him PISSED. Tell him "Good Fold, had TT" after you go all in on river and he folds. He donks the rest of his chips off to you in a later hand. Either way, you're golden.

preflop: I knew going in most would would say I donked it up good and proper calling out of position preflop. The two guys in the hand were super aggressive....the guy I ended up showing down against was a complete maniac. I had been setting him up for a hand like this all night. j10 is a good hand to win a big pot against a maniac with in my opinion. Not a call I make normally.flop: I agree with what you said....i think the coldcall is good here especially given the maniacs I was in the hand against.turn: definitely the street I played best in this hand. I know guy on button cant resist betting....and him having the 6 was all the better. I thought 200 was the perfect amount to get some money while eliminating odds to draw. I think maybe raising to 250 would have been better but 200 was good.river: yeah I got scared by that club. no way around the truth. it wasnt really me donking it up as it was me losing some nerve....but that is just donkish in a different way. The maniac could have easily had clubs. Definitely a missed opportunity here.Basically, I bought in for 200 last night and left the table with 975. And yet, I feel like I had a mediocre session as I definitely left some money out there.....I probably should have left the table with about 1200-1300 at least.....

I disagree with your analysis of the river play. What hands are gong to call a river bet that we can beat? a small straight? A set? Doubtful with that board, but it would come down to the players. Betting with a medium weak hand on the river is referred to (by Jesus Ferguson) as the worst play in poker. You are advocating just that... 8)

I like the river check for the reasons Rocket listed.Don't let results cloud your thinking. Don't post results. If he'd hit his flush right now you'd be thinking your check behind was a genius play. It was a smart play, don't donk it up next time getting checkraised all-in when a flush hit the river and you hold the nut straight.
