OK, I bought in for $60.00 and played a few hands A/10os.a/Qos, A/9s pocket9/9s. My table image was this fold/or all in. did not call much of anything. one speed so to speak. I was up 180.00. I put 150.00 on the side vowing that I was going to leave the table with that. I had been playing about 1hr and half if that. I got into a hand I look down and see A/Qos. i,m in the small blind. seat 3 makes it 12.00 6 people call I call the 11.00. Flop comes A/Q/K. everyone checks and stupid me. Shoves the whole pile of chips in yup all 150.00. I did not feel anyone had 10/j. Everyone folded except for seat3. As soon as he called the 150.00 I knew I was done for he had A/K. The turn came a 10. So I needed a jack or a queen. Jack and we split a Queen is a fullhouse for me. The river card was a 10. He won. I wanted to go throw up, I was so upset. I just got blinded with my A/Q I was married forever with this hand only to get my heart cut out and handed to me. How can I be so stupid. I don,t think I,ll ever get a handle on this game. I hate myself. It was not even the money at this point I felt like I lost face since I was ruler of that table for a short time. Was I to overly aggessive or just plain stupid. I guess I feel like the latter. Anyone care to comment on this play. Just call me loser. Tess.

If you were in the small blind, how could everyone check to you and then you go all-in at that point?Personally, I would have folded to the raise before the flop. What hand does that person most likely have? AK, AA, KK, QQ. Also, you said that 5 other people called besides you. Since you are in the small blind, that means that at least 3 of them called before it got to you. Maybe the first raiser was playing loosely and raised with something like A-J, but its very very likely that at least one of the callers is ahead of you, so that makes it an easy fold as well. Then the flop hits, and it looks good for your hand, but again considering what the initial raiser and/or the other callers likely have, you are pretty much in trouble then too. Also, a lot of people have seen the flop, so you've got to think that you are behind to someone here, and possibly drawing dead.Plain and simple: You really just needed to get away from that hand as early as you could.

A/Q 6 way for a big raise...Hello, AK is out there looking to get you. With all those players your are never ahead pre-flop and only rarely will you be ahead on the flop...ie. QQQ flop. Ok I'll give you K-J-T too.You put all your money on the line with two pair, in a raised pot with a straight on board?THE ONLY HAND THAT IS CALLING YOU IS AHEAD.....ie. JT, AK...AA..KK...QQ.....thats it.Bet the pot fold to a raise. (post flop)FOLD PRE FLOP, AQo into 6 palyers calling a raise WAY out of position...easy fold.

Exactly what Dwayne said, the only had that could possibly call you was a hand that had you beat, you didn't think about this.MAYBE ace jack/10 MAYBE KQ if they are REALLY REALLY loose, but seriously anyone else who would call would have AA KK QQ AK J10
Suggestive thinking, causing your perspective to change

I can find, satisfaction in a bag of weed
Everything I need, leave it to the trees
It can make me feel better, and every day I wake
Niggas rollin' up blunts, and mo blunts, and mo blunts
And I keep a case of Swisher Sweets in the trunk
So when I'm rollin', smokin', chokin', just floatin

Not that it mattered in this hand, but chances are at least one other player at this table was happy sit back and wait for the right time to take out the "table ruler."

Overly aggressive? Well, yes, obviously. Stupid? Nah, I don't think so. I just think you reacted without taking a moment to think. A loser? No. Just learn from this and move on.

With every bet u make u r trying to accomplish something. Ask urself what u wanted to accomplish here. Obviously before popping all in u didnt consider what hands were out there. next time surely u will. Cardinal sin is making a bet that will only be called by a hand that has u beat. Check along next time hit ur queen for free and murder the guy w J 10 and the guy w AK
"ive got nothing, but i hate u so i call" random internet donk

You didn't win it $150 at a go, don't loose it that fast. If you meant to keep $150 then take it off the table. If you like to go all in, then don't leave your whole bankroll on the table. When you get $100 accumulated, put it in your pocket so that there is just $60 left. Next time, again. This way, you get beat, you loose $60 and can rebuy for another $60 (and still have $30 in your pocket.)

Isn't this against the rules in B&M casinos? I've never actually tried to take chips off the table, but I've read in various forums that this isn't allowed. Still, this is good advice. If you can't pull chips off the table, try to segregate them without looking like that's what you're doing (b/c observant players might be able to take advantage of this).
