nut flush vs full house. bad turn play?

Curious if I played this hand wrong. you'll make a lot more usually by betting the turn, while he is still drawing dead or alive.How much will he pay off on river, if the str8 and flush are out there and he has no more cards to come?I suck at NL, so maybe ignore me.

Dont just say bad. Comments on why and what the right play is are welcome.Move in, hope he calls with 10 outs. Not rocket science. Checking when you think he might have a set is a disaster. If you want to be afflicted with FPS, bet the pot or something.good luck.
