I would like to know if this series of tournaments are worth the buy ins and since the buy in is so small if there arnt that many really bad players in these tournaments. I would like to know more about these tournaments.

Last year's WCOOP was held in late July (I think) on Pokerstars. Its a great chance to play higher than normal via the network of FPP and microbuyin events. As a warning, they have a long structure for internet play, I believe they all lasted at least 12 hours. If you are good enough to get in (or rich enough to buy in) - its a nice opportunity to play a slightly higher class of player than normal, which is not a bad thing imo.

I think Mandelbrot could answer this.
