Why would anyone possibly want to buy play money chips?people do it all the time. check out ebay. dozens of sellers for them.as for the 400,000, i'd keep playing with them an get at least over a million before you sell them. if you can get like 4 or 5 million, someone will pay like $30 for 'em.some people are nuts. that is actually how i got started on ultimate bet. i sold 6 million play chips for $35 two years ago and haven't made a deposit since.i think UB has since taken away the ability to transfer play chips.
