Given the styles at the table, i see no reason to fold on that flop.

I was going to create a new topic for this hand, but decided that this topic was most appropriate. The stuff I see just amazes me sometimes. I was playing in an Omaha Hi/Lo fixed tournament tonight. I was one of the smaller stacks when I received the following hand. 6 , 7 , 3 : , A Board Ended up:7 , 7 , 3 , K , Q I become nervous as I was called down to the river by one guy--then I saw his hand.5 5 5 8 ????I kid you not.I have the HH, but am having trouble getting any of the converters to work.

Okay, let's see. You're willing to call a cap preflop with your hand, flop trips, and FOLD to 1 small bet??? Horrible. I can see folding to 2 cold on the turn or something, but not the flop.

I see this on a regular basis. Misreading a hand once in a while is understandable, but I'm astounded (and pleased) so many people will sit in a game for which they don't even know the rules.
