Would it be weak to not go broke when you have the lower set on the 3rd hand of heads up? (both flopped)chips are about 50/50Non threatening, rainbow board.

Yes. It would be weak to fold any set heads-up on an otherwise nonthreatening board.Actually it would probably be weak to fold on a somewhat threatening board heads-up as well.
The recent legislative history of internet gambling legislation reinforces the Court's determination that internet gambling on a game of chance is not prohibited conduct under 18 U.S.C. § 1084. So you can SIIHP.

Sets exist in no limit hold'em solely to make you money when you don't have any reads.That's just the way the world works, kids.
