lets get it all out in the open.

There is no such thing as a "liberal" or a "conservative." These are just two extremes of the political spectrum, no two people believes EXACTLY the same thing about every single imaginable issue, so therefore, there is no way to determine who is on the most extrmeme edge of the spectrum. Thus, there are no liberals or republicans, there are only people who think in a particular mindset (liberal or conservative) in regards to certain issues, yet it is impossible to say that any one single person thinks "conservative" on every single possible issue. Therefore, there are only people who tend to think liberal more often than conservative, and vice versa. Yet, people always want to classify a person as either one or the other, and this is the problem with politics in America. Instead of concerning themselves with how each particualar individual thinks about each perticular issue, people from both political parties are instead more concerned about keeping those who are in the "conservative party" thinking the same as them (and the same with the "liberal party") and arguing about the issue on a party basis in order to get people from their party in power(i.e. Republicans are right and Democrats are wrong), instead of arguing the actual issue itself, disregarding people's political affiliation and working together to solve these issues. I understand the need for the two party system, yet I think we need to keep that as a political structure ONLY, and not use that two party system to define the way we think about all of the issues. Instead of a conservative thinking, "oh, well of course he is against the war in iraq, he is a liberal," perhaps he should instead disregard political affiliation and deal with the actual issue itself, instead of stereotyping the "normal liberal response" and using that against the anti-war argument. Same with the democrats, instead of saying, "of course he is for the war, he is a republican," perhaps he too should disregard political affiliation and deal with the actual issue. However, neither men do this, and instead they argue about whose party is right in order to try and prove why people from their party deserve to be in office. In summary, I am moving to Sweden

three words kowboy....get a hobby
yes, a person responding to the post in too complicated of a fashion for your feeble mind to understand, there is definitely something wrong with that, you're right...oh, wait a second, you are the one who probably can't even comprehend what it is that I am saying, so instead of telling me to get a hobby (which I do have, it is called poker, [which I am quite good at by the way]), how about I tell you to "get a book and learn to think intelligently."

Actually, most winning poker players are Democrats, and most stupid fish are Republicans. In fact, it is impossible to be smart, love poker, and be a Republican. This is because Republican politicians are the ones attempting to pass laws that will destroy online poker as we know it.See Sen. Kyl's (R-AZ) bill:http://www.pokernews.com/news/2005/05/sena...r-kyl-again.htm

I saw that you had posted in a thread and just figured you said something like "check-raise the turn."Lo and behold, a whole paragraph of relatively pointless preaching. You continue to surprise me :-)
it isn't pointless preaching, the thread asks about our political thought, so I gave my political thought....if someone asks advice on how to play pocket threes before the flop in the early stages of a tournament, then responding to that question wouldn't be pointless, would it? No, it wouldn't, therefore, my response was significant and somewhat groundbreaking, if I do say so myselfoh, and to the post saying that I can't handle sarcasm..that's funny, just about every single other poster at this forum uses the 'sw' to indicate that they are being sarcastic. Not that I expect you to be able to apply that concept properly, but whatever...
