Figured villian for A 2-9. Can i not get a player off these types of hands at low limits? If I can't, where do i slow down on this? Bet the turn, check the river or just check the turn? screech 0
Hand 1:Don't fear the worst. You have to lead the turn in case someone has a straight/flush draw. Even if you get check/raised, you should probably call down - someone could easily have a king. If the action is too heavy, you can safely release your hand. It's far more likely that your opponents are drawing to beat you than vice versa. Get their money now, before they miss their draws on the river.Hand 2:I play it the same. When villian slowed down the chances that he has an ace just dropped. He could easily bet that flop with a T, 7, or pp. Value bet that river all day long, unless you know your opponent to fold middle pair in the face of aggression.
JaysonWeber 0
Regarding hand two... If he isn't raising you and just calling down, Bet it the whole way... at .5/1 you'll get a LOT of less premium hands calling you to showdown.I think you played them both fine. GJ. Swift_Psycho 1
Hand 1: Bet the turn.Hand 2: Looks okay.Figured villian for A 2-9. Can i not get a player off these types of hands at low limits? No, you aren't going to be able to get those weak aces to fold in most cases.
