Rocketwadster 0
Do you honestly think that you could have layed this hand down after the turn/river to a bet from the button if the board paired up or something like that fell? I don't think I could (due to the stack sizes), so I would have been inclined to re-pot it on the flop, either winning it right there when the button folded, or taking my chances with two cards to come. I have no idea if that is the "correct" move or not, but I honestly don't see me folding this hand... 8)

Rocketwadster 0
is there a question here?I think the OP wants to know if the decisions they made so far inthe hand were correct or not...I do not believe they were. :?
Kendren 1
rocket, do you check/call the flop here? I might, only to see a safe turn, considering we have counterfeit protection to the high side. The second club worries me, but I don't think he's pushing a backdoor draw yet. i dunno, other than folding preflop and check/calling, I like it.Of course, as BB, folding is out. I dunno, maybe a bit more conservative play, or repot it. I'm torn.
Rocketwadster 0
Remember that it is PLO, not O8...The way I see it, if you are going to call the re-pot after the flop, you may as well re-pot it again (putting the villain all-in). I just don't see me folding to any cards that come on the turn/river, so why not put the money in while we have the nuts (with some protection), as opposed to putting it in when we are unsure of whether we have it or not...Just my thoughts when I first read it...I could be way off :? Kendren 1
Nah, I think you're closer to right. You're going to get called on the flop, by the turn something make shake the fish. go ahead and put it in there.
