Seems to me that you can make the nuts no ways. :-)I read an article in All-In the other days where they talked about Berman's "nut flush" getting beat by Daniel's "straight flush". If it's a flush that can be beat by a different flush...it's not the nut flush.

Don't think about how much you've invested (I've been reading a lot of Caro's stuff lately), but think about wheter or not this next call in profitable. Run to an odds calculator and see how you're faring against a nut flush draw and a pair (two hands that are very likely to be out).With an OESD against a nut flush draw hand and a top pair hand, it only has 4-1 odds if it sees both cards, and that's *if* a flush isn't already out.You don't close the action if you call... the BB is yet to act. If he raises, you are probably screwed, and you wasted your call. A small risk, but a risk nonetheless. It seems like a hand you might want to squeak thru and see a turn, but even if the turn is gin and you make the straight, the river has a 20% chance of coming back and beating you anyway (IF your draw is good when it hits).7-1 odds facing you and you don't close the action. You might just have to fold. It's scary to draw slim and it can be awful to draw dead. You are doing one or the other, especially against this many opponents. If you fold incorrectly, you're not giving up a great deal of equity, but tossing in dead money bets can be quite costly.

looks like an easy fold to medont count the Ac and 9c as outs...so you're really drawing to 6 cards, but you could already be drawing dead.

Doesn't matter how much you already invested.You have six outs at best. Getting 7:1 immediate odds is just enough to peel one off here with 6 outs.Unfortunately, you have a few things working against you here. While it's unlikely someone already has a flush, it is a possibility.BB may be going for a check raise.Even if you dodge a club on the turn and make your straight, you still have to dodge another one on the river. You're unlikely to get a lot of action even if you hit you're straight unless you are beat. People tend to slow down on boards with a 3-flush.With so much going against you, I think you should fold here.

Thanks guys. I did fold, but the results had me doubting my play.Turn was 9d and river was non-club blank and I'd have won, but I just couldn't justify the call as I sat there. Glad to know I didn't donk it up by folding...Jeff
