Every 20-30 minutes while playing on Party MS Anti-Spyware will pop up saying that it has blocked an operation from Party Poker. I don't remember exactly what it said, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Of course they are monitoring what is going on with your computer.They want to see if you are running any cheating software and they want to see who you are chatting with.They will collect as mush info about you as they can to protect themselves.
