Chamonyx 0 Posted August 26, 2005 Share Posted August 26, 2005 Moving to PLO8 from LO8 is a bit like starting to ride a motorbike when you have only ever driven a car.You know some useful stuff - rules of the road etc - but there is awhole set of other skills that you need to acquire or you will get yourself into a lot of trouble! However, once you have learnt these, your new life can be much more exhilariting, and you will also be a better car driver (playing PLO8 has done more to improve my LO8 play than anything - especially tournaments).Go for it!
