This restraunt is amazing.I live in Ohio and there are three I believe in/around the Columbus area. I don't if this restraunt is a franchise and in any other states, but I would recommend looking for it in your area sometime.I just went again tonight, and it was packed. If anyone knows what Columbus is like tonight...it ain't pretty for driving around. So the fact that we still had to wait for 30 minutes was pretty impressive. For anyone that hasn't been there, this is what you do. It's very unique...in my experiences. You sit down, order some drinks, then go up to a bar and get a bowl. The bar is filled with different kinds of meats...chicken, steak, duck, lamb, etc, etc. and you begin pilling in as much as you can fit in your bowl. You continue down the line and also throw in vegetables, seafood, noodles, etc...there are a ton of different types of food you can throw in, it's great. My favorite part is mixing sauces. I'd estimate there are about 10-15 different sauces, and while it's recommended to only mix two sauces, I normally throw in atleast 5-6 different flavors. This normally means your meal ends up pretty hot/spicy, but that's the best way. Then grab a few eggs (if you like eggs) to be cooked with your meal. At the end of the bar is a spices section where you can put whatever you want on top of your food to be cooked in with it. The great part about this is you make your meal exactly the way you want it. You can fill your bowl as big as you can get it without it pouring over the sides, or just give yourself a small serving.Once your bowl is completed you head over the the grill and they cook it in front of you, pour your sauce over the meal and your ready to go.This restraunt is amazing (I am posting about it in a forum) and I really advise you to check it out...espicially if you like eastern type food/styles/spices etc. Actually, even if you don't, still check it out. It's amazing. If there aren't any of these restraunts out of Ohio, that's a shame...but I wouldn't be surprised if you they are.mmmm- Jordan

I went to a Brazilian Steak House in Atlanta last month and it was awesome. They have guys walk around with 30 different types of meat on swords and you're given a card with a green side (go) and a red side (stop) when you have the greens ide flipped up they stop at your table and tell you what type of meat it is then they slice some off on to your plate. Expensive but incredible.Duff

I'm a big fan of mongolian barbeque as well. There's a great place in downtown DC that I've been to a couple of times (but its been a few years so I can't think of the name right now). Its great food and I love mixing things up and trying different combinations of stuff.
