Yeah, i cant see why you would 3 bet after he capped the flop. Him capping the flop is probably the most important piece of information to look at here. He could very easily have an A23x with a couple hearts. Very well played IMHO.

Flop, unless you've got a good read on the button (like he's a maniac...), I don't understand why would you want to initiate the betting? I would, however, check-raise-call or check-raise-fold, depending on how I know my opponent.I would had raised/3-bet'd the river. It seems like Button had AA and a wheel card to me. Just my opinion.
