He's either got the flush or had the K, maybe with a club freeroll. Raising here doesn't do anything because you're either behind or tied more often than ahead. If you raise here, what do you do to a 3 bet? I'd just call it down.

Calling down is optimum just because too many times you will either be paying the rake or paying the other player. That river would have been a little aggrevating too because it could have made things even worse. But it didn't so, good hand, good play.
