alright I know bad beats happen and even after I lost the pot I knew I wanted to play with this guy more. I was playing .5/1 nl on pokerstars this guy limps in utg, I look down at the beautiful aces in mp and decide not to get to cute and raise to 4, only he calls. flop is 653 rainbow, he checks I bet 7.50 he calls, turn is a duece, I can't put him on a 4 and he leads out for 5 dollars, I raise to 20 and he calls after a while, the river is a 9 and he checks, I bet 25 more and he thinks so long I'm convinced my aces have to be good and he doesn't have a set, he finally calls and show 32 suited...I just couldn't believe me eyes  , I know that's poker and it happens, and checking might have been smarter in hindsight, but he called a raise out of position with 32 suited getting no odds...gotta love him though since he's the reason I make money.

My AA bad beat went like this. I was playing in a live tourney a buddy of mine hosts about every 3 months. 56 people - largest group I have played with. It was only a $60 buy in, but good enough for me. With only 1 in and being the small blind, I decide to go all in. Big Blind calls and the other folds. He shows K4 OFFSUIT!!! What is he thinking!! Flop comes - J A 10, now I've got a set and a smile. Turn shows a 7. Flop brings the deadly Q. I lost about 1/3 of my chips, but still madde it to the final table -- only to finish 1 spot out of the $$. Those extra chips would've come in handy...

My pocket aces loss is pretty similar to yours. But it happened twice. I'm all with with AA preflop, and this guy calls me with KQos. Flop comes: 2 6 T. I was so sure that I would win here, but apparently I was wrong. He makes 2pair on turn and river and takes the pot.The other time was against the same person. I'm all in with AA and he calls me with J8os (it was heads up). Right off the flop he gets a straight with 79T, and I'm left there speechless.I'm just glad I'm not one of those guys who have mental breakdowns after bad losses, or I wouldn't know where I would be by now.

heh one time i had my AA cracked by 8-3 offsuit on a river gut shot. i was just starting to pick up momentum too. It seems like the more i play poker, the less good AA looks.
