I think this is pretty standard.However, its a very safe board, he's staying with me.Anyone advocate betting different amounts on any street.I usually make pot size bets, but with aces on a safe board, I don't mind betting a little less.The table is also playing very tight/passive, as usuall during the day on stars. I'm playing the tables very tight/aggressive (20% flops) This particular villian, I have no stats on, I haven't noticed anything unusual about anyone at this table.I really want all of us nl posters to start really getting into the reads of the table, including perceived own image at table and any stats on villian. I'm probably going to get pokertracker b/c pokeroffice kinda sucks for live tracking and doesn't have as many stats. you went from around 80% of the pot to around half the pot. I assume you are value-betting the whole way. I would have kept it at that 80% level, or starting inching towards the full pot. Try and bring him on up with you.Or, alternatively, I would have minbet or checked the turn and popped the river to look like a crazy bluffing idiot. Depends on who I am playing. A lot of times that turn check will induce a counter-attack from an aggressive player who will think you gave up on a steal.

The turn, I can get away from it. Doesn't happen too often, esp at these tables unless they have a set. Tabble playing very tight/passive. So if i'm betting close to the pot, they need a hand to come over the top.If he does on turn, I muck.On river, Im kinda pot committed.So I really don't like my bet on river. HE gets off cheaper if I have him beat. And if he has better hand, he gets to raise and have me pay him off.Maybe I'm best just to push it all in on river, for that reason ?

you guys obviously didn't read his post well. table is tight passive. doubtful too many ppl will raise, but he was UTG so the argument can be made for a limp.how it was played...i bet more on the river. otherwise gh- Jordan

A tight table doesn't have two call an open raise from UTG + 1.Really, with 6 left to act at a small stakes NL table, try overbetting your AA. You'll be amazed at the results.
