You will never ever want to be loose aggressive preflop, i.e., you don't want to play any junk hands preflop but wait patiently for good starting hands, the only thing you can loosen up is raising your preflop hands for value a lot of time.Postflop, yes you can definitely be loose aggressive, if you start with great hands, the flop can help you a great percentage of time. If the flop doesn't help you much, it probably won't help your solid opponents much. I will be come out dancing and see the reactions from my opponents. Now that's when you are playing with your weak tight opponents who play ABC PLO8. One thing, if you are playing against bad players, don't do it, you play ABC plo8 and maximize your winnings, simple as that.
