i was just looking for some advice on playing low limit hold'em online. i've been playing online for a while and cant seem to move up in limits as quickly as i feel i should. i srtarted out playing 0.5/1 and 1/2 but am becoming increasingly frustrated with 6-7 callers every pot and constantly being drawn out. my game is very solid, i'm a regular 10/20 live game player and do well, however i'm having great diffuculty adjusting to low limit online. i know slansky says everytime people call you without the right pot odds you'll gain in the long run, but when 5 people call you as opposed to 1 or 2 like in 10/20 it is very difficult for top pair top kicker to hold up. any help is greatly appreciated.penne

If you're playing it properly, that should be working to your advantage. Unless the site you're playing at is rigged. You lose more often, but when you win, it's a sufficiently large amount to justify the bad beats.

If you are even in hands with TPTK at the turn or river with 5 callers, get Sklansky's low limt holdem book before you waste any more money.
