I'm laying it down on the flop, although the flop call may not be bad.13:1 odds are enticing, but I don't really like continuing with this hand...if the Jc falls you could be facing a flush, any other J could be a split pot, if you hit a 10 you have to worry about either opponent holding a J.

I wasn't going to fold the flop to 1 bet, given that I showed strength pre-flop and led the flop...maybe you think check/fold is better ?Leading the flop....I picked up a gut shot and bdfd...maybe..6-7 outs total, and knew I'd learn more leading out...I thought check/fold the flop was too weak given myhowever, I was prepared to lay down the turn UI.with the club draw I would've called 1 bet.didn't have towas glad to showdown for free, any Q or K calls...surely no Ace is out now, maybe a weak one.

Why does the fact that you showed strength mean that you can't bet/fold? Any hand that is raising here has you beat, and you have to decide if you have odds to outdraw your opponents. In this case I think it's close, but as I said I'd fold. And there's no way you have 6-7 outs, you have 3 "clean" outs to the straight which could be a split pot and a backdoor draw to the third nut flush.

well..the thread did'nt geberate much..'cause it's quite dull.but thought I'd post results.mp2: 66sb: 6TI win.what's the significance...not sure...except sometimes even T's hold up against 3 overcards.no one mentioned that I missed a bet anywhere and I assume its safe to say, usually I'm beat...

Yet raise with 66 on that flop, wow. Those hands they held are really donkish.I guess against opponents like that, you can call one more bet and their passive play will get you a free showdown, and if you hit you can bet for value, if not, check for free. Good table to be at.
