This is one of the most debated topics of online poker. I agree that it is truly not random. I have seen way to many setup hands along with action flops for me to say it is completely random. In live poker hitting 2 pairs on the flop usually makes me feel fairly certain my hand will hold. But on Pokerstars its a sign of bad things to come.
Saw Jim Mcmanus playing low stakes on FTP and had to throw this line at him-
herly33 (Observer): hey Jim your disrespcting the game
herly33 (Observer): stop raising in the dark pal
Jim McManus: I call u with Q hi
Jim McManus: (but not J hi)
herly33 (Observer): lol
herly33 (Observer): im glad u can joke about
herly33 (Observer): wasnt sure how u would react

Pokerstars was audited by Cigital a few years back. Problem with this audit they were only allowed to test the software's shuffle, not the entire hand played out. So that in itself should make players question the validity of a true and random RNG throughout the entire course of the hand being dealt.
Everyone is entitled to there own opinion, I just believe that when the U.S. goverment finallly regulates online poker, then we will see if the conspiracy theorists are full of shit or not.

OK, here is my question. Why would PS or any other site want to rig hands? Furthermore, do you know the type of processing power it would take (let alone the software) to make sure that 200k+ players get rigged at optimal times, so that other players can benefit, then 10 minutes later hands are rigged so the ones that just benefited now get ****ed?? I mean, I can understand being worried about hackers, inside programmers, etc. for a select few, but this whole rigged thing is nuts. The program that is the random generator cannot 100% emulate a real live deck. Shit happens when the software is trying to generate 23k+ hands every 1.x seconds (or whatever here). SHIT HAPPENS. Everyone who plays any volume of online poker has benefited and been ****ed by this. If you don't like it, go play blackjack at sportsbook and then try whining about pokerstars being rigged. I guarantee you, go run $1k playing $5 hands of blackjack there, and you will be coming back praising online poker for their excellence in software programming.

Online blackjack is rigged?
If noobs and donks didnt ever win they would never come back, correct? I mean there are the select few with lots of monies that wouldnt care either way. But if truly the best players would win they should, there would be half as many people playing on these sites. Go research the Sunday Million final tables. See how many people have negative ROI's. Next time your playing find the player at your table that never seems to lose hand but sucks worse than a Hoover. OPR them.
