Well out of the range of hands I put him on, the only one I could beat was AKAny pair or other hand he raises with he has a boat.

So there's definitely no reason to bet/fold. Given your read, his most likely hands given the turn check behind are AK, AQ, and KQ. There's more ways he could have AQ and KQ than AK, so you're more likely to be behind than ahead, thus you shouldn't value bet.Either check/call or check/fold. Honestly, I think I would check/fold this, unless you believe he would bet with AK here.
