I dont know what kind of feedback I am looking for here. Not sure if any way to get away from this hand other then simply not to have played it the first place.One question. set over set... not much you can do so i wouldnt worry about that. as for your other question i think you generally want to stay in with a hand like that if youve already called a bet.

definitely missed a bet . The more I think about it I cant think of too many times when I do cap the flop. I think that may be a tool I am not using properly.

nice hand.i don't mind not capping the flop if you think it'll make villian lead the turn. that way you can get a raise in on the expensive street.if he would lead the turn even when you cap, go for the cap every time. most players slow down when you cap though, they check the turn then.*shrug*aseem
