1/2 bodog 10 maxaj off utg...i limp, 1 other limp and the button raises...bb then 3 bets? my reasoning is that my jack for a kicker cant be any good...so is this an easy laydown/

I thought about that...but i dont like aj off all that much in ep and in the case there...i am almost forced to call a 3 bet or cap with a hand that is probably dominated especially 10 handed

Even if the table is so loose that there's no way to pick up the blinds, your raise will thin the field. You're also raising for value.(Not to mention, you won't have the problem you had in your original post. It's easy to call a 3-bet, and it's easy to fold to a cap (unless there's a lot of opponents in the pot).)

Gotta raise this preflop. You need to limit the field with big offsuit hands, as they play much better against 2 or 3 opponents. If you limp, you're inviting all the mid pp and suited connectors to come on in and beat you.
