Washington's front office has their collective heads firmly inserted in their rectums. I have no room to talk.

Andersun 0
What do you guys think of New England going again this year? I personally hope they have a losing season and they're star line-up get's arrested for possession. No offense to the New England fan's (unless your bandwagon)
mbreon 0
I strongly believe that the Indianapolis Colts will get homefield throughout the playoffs and this will be their year to go to the Super Bowl. They are essentially the same team as last year, with some added defensive help and another year of Dungy under their belt. As for their AFC competition (would discuss the NFC, but everyone knows no one from there will win the Super Bowl):New England - thorn in my side. Excellent team, but the loss of the offensive and defensive coordinators, as well as some other key players, will hurt. They always seem to find a way though, so they are the only other team that I could see possibly winning. Colts/Patriots in Week 9 could be the regular season game of the year. Pittsburgh - Will probably get in the playoffs, but no way they are close to what they were last year. Big Ben can't win that many games in a row again...he also lost his favorite target to the Giants. Though I was at IU when Randel El was there, he is a great athlete, so I'm rooting for him to break through this year. The Ravens will be better than last year, they could even sneak in and win the division. Jacksonville will be good. San Diego will fall back down to earth this year (though Antonio Gates is a superstar). Overall, should make for a good year and I can't wait for the Colts/Falcons Super Bowl. Solodell 0
Discuss your favorite team's and anaylyze play's and strategy through the 2005 season with your fellow FCP Football fan's!For the Rams, could go 1 of 2 ways. Rams win a few games, Martz goes crazy and ends up going with just the center of the o-line w/ 9 receivers, flips out when someone questions his genius, pulls out a semi-automatic and blows away the entire St.Louis media. He is thrown in jail, and Tagliabue decides the Rams must forfeit the remainder of the season.orThe lose a couple of games early, Martz remembers he has some of the best offensive talent in the league, isn't a moron, they get back to .500, and the screws around until they somehow get lucky to sneak in the playoffs. There, the falcons torch them again when they confuse Martz by running for about a 1000 yards. Martz unnecessarily throws someone on the defense and the d-line coach under the bus, accusing all the problems on them.ah..but those are the trials you deal with when you have a "genius" as your head coach. :wall:

Though I was at IU when Randel El was there, he is a great athlete, so I'm rooting for him to break through this year. The Steelers will make the playoffs. No 15-1 this year I'll say 11-5 cause the AFC North is terrible. Big Ben will be great this year provided Hines gets into camp soon.As for your Colts (only speculating this is your team by your post), they had better get homefield if they ever want to go to the Superbowl. This team sucks out of the dome and will never make it to the dance without homefield. As for the Raiders and Chiefs well they both suck and neither will make the playoffs. ol'number7 0
The Vikings -- will have their best defense since late 80's, with additions of Pat Williams, Fred Smoot, Darren Sharper, Napolean Harris, Sam Cowart & Erasmus James. Offense will not miss Moss as much of you think (good luck to you 10-8 if the Raiders start off slow) -- can't wait for the season to start
custom36 5
Seattle's taking the NFC West. It won't be difficult, but they'll do it. Then Hasselbeck will forget his WR's and just keep passing the ball to Alexander until they reach the Super Bowl.

custom36 5
Custom -- aren't you a Packer fan? They are in for a long year I think...I'm really not that big of a packer fan. The packers traded Hasselbeck to the Seahawks, so I've been a Seattle fan since then.Yeah, they're in for a long 4 or 5 years. This is, IMO, Favre's last year. I really don't know how good Rodgers will be. Aside from that, their defense isn't exactly top-notch.

teneight 1
ravens are going to win the division, not the steelers. they have a great defense, a top running game, and they have added Derrick Mason to their Wr core. Boller has a lot of potential. i really see the ravens making an impact this year.N.E. and pitts will both fall a bit.Raiders will also be a suprise team. GO RAIDERS! lamant jordan is going to be a monster with are improved/more experienced O-line. he's going to have so much running room since most teams wont be able to put 8 in the box since we have moss, porter, curry and gabriel. collins will have a very good year...but i'm sure his INTs will come along with himteneight
mbreon 0
Until the Colts win the Super Bowl, the masses will never be happy. I can live with that because it will happen in the next couple of years. They do have a mental breakdown every year when they play New England, the reason being is that Peyton and Belichek are the two smartest men in football, but Belichek is smarter and knows what to do to disrupt Peyton's flow. Also, Colts have been no good the last couple years in the playoffs because they have had absolutely no defense (call it the Kansas City Chiefs syndrome). The squad gets better and better under Dungy's leadership, they have a leader in Freeney, the best offense in the NFL, a great offensive line, and soon Dungy will take them to the promised land. And I do believe the Steelers will make it to the playoffs too, but again, no Super Bowl for them. I strongly believe this is not the Patriots year, but then again, I have said that and been wrong 3 out of the last 4 years. I am a Colts fan, but have nothing but respect for the way the Pats run their organization. Should make for a fun and interesting year.
