1/2 nl hand question

Recommended Posts

UTG is loose and loves the min raise, UTG+1 has been all in about 6x in the past half hour trying to double up his stack is around $75.Converter not working for some reason so I'll do my best1/2 NL on the Stars (6 Max)I'm in SB sitting on around $250Dealt K :D 10 :) Preflop: (4 players)UTG raises to $4, UTG+1 calls $4, fold, fold Hero calls $2, BB calls $2 (Pot $16) Flop: 2 :) 10 ::club: 7 :D Postflop: (4 players)Hero bets $8, BB folds, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls $8,(Pot $32) Turn: 4 :) Hero bets $18, UTG+1 raises to $59 all in, Hero calls $31(Pot $150) River 4 :D Is it possible to fold the the turn here getting around 4-1 on my money when I'm so invested and potentially drawing at the nut hand. I would think not but need some reassurance I guess.Feel free to guess UTG+1's hand as well

MMM, 31 to win 119 with tpgk and second nut flush draw ( which you may just as well assume as the best flush draw head up)No way you are folding this. I couldn't see anyone advocating this fold.

looks fine.aseem
including the weak ass flop bet? bet more on the flop
i thought about that, but i don't mind it if it's more of a feeler bet. i think betting the pot would be too much since he has no idea where he's at, so something like 2/3 or 3/4 pot might be good ($12ish).aseem

I agree completely on this. I always just like to respond to where the op made his question, the turn play.I would like a bet 12 or more on this flop, and akishore, I'm not a big fan of weak feeler bets, maybe in some rare situations. But you don't agree a bigger bet is more valuable here?

So u guys think I shoulda bet $12 then :club: I was thinking that could be the problem. Leading out $8 out of SB should've looked like a strong hand I thought. But unfortunately I ran into a monster. Thanks guys for the help it is appreciated.

I think you might have overplayed your top pairYou might have been beat all along as he made his set on the flop, smoothcalls, and then goes all in on the turn.I have a feeling he caught a set on the flopLooking forward to hear the results.EDIT:::::: My bad I thought you got a flush on the turn. I have a feeling you were beat all along
