I find that I do much better in full ring games than I do at 6-max tables, and I think the reason is that my postflop blind play is not very good in heads-up situations, when I'm defending against a steal or when I get called or raised when I'm trying to steal. So I thought I'd post some hands where I was unsure of how to play postflop. Advice greatly appreciated.Villain is tight-aggressive.Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 handed) converterPreflop: Hero is SB with [7d], [Ad]. 6 folds, Button calls.Flop: (7 SB) [6c], [Kc], [3c] (2 players)Hero bets, Hero calls.Turn: (5.50 BB) [4s] (2 players)Hero checks, Button bets, Hero folds.Final Pot: 6.50 BBPF 3-bet ok? Or should I just call and keep the pot small OOP?Flop and turn ok, or too weak-tight? I figured when the K on the flop didn't scare him after my PF 3-bet, there was a good chance he had a K.[/i]

preflop play depends a lot on ur read of the button..was he a blind stealer or did he only raise with legitimate hands? If he was raising button every hand then the 3 bet is a little loose but not to bad...if hes tight i just make the call...Flop play is pretty loose considering u hit no part of it have no draw and have a bad ace high. I am defiantly out by the turn if not the flop

you need a read. how often does he steal? if its not very, i call one and bet-fold the flop. if its often, i play it pretty much like this.

I have about 250 hands with him - according to PT, he's attempted to steal 4 of 9 times (not really enough sample to rely on, I think). But he is generally fairly tight-aggressive (and perhaps a shade overaggressive), so I imagine he's not averse to stealing.
