Okay, I decided to not raise for a free card here, b/c of such early position, and the fact that a pair of 8's or 9's would probably not be good if I only hit a pair. This way, I also gain a bit more value if I get a call from the other 2 players. Now, Should I have checked here, or am I going to get paid off most of the time, or should I go for a C/R? Seems pretty standard to me. BB was full of shit, and nobody else had a real hand. Checking that turn accomplishes nothing. Fire off and hope you get two players or c/r ed.
