shpaget 0
First hand of a MTT.We all have 10000 chips.Blinds are 25-50.I'm dealt AA in the CO. UTG and UTG+1 fold.MP1 raises to 300.Fold to me.I raise to 600.Blinds fold, MP1 calls.Flop comes J,8,4 rainbow.MP1 bets 600. I bet 1500.MP1 folds after a couple minutes of deliberation.I'm pretty sure he's got kings, but I'll never know. He may have had 9's or 10's or Q's. I don't think he'd have deliberated so much with AK. I think he was trying to figure out if I had QQ, AK or AA.Any thoughts on my pre-flop and flop activity? Should have I bet bigger? If he came over the top of me I was prepared to push.
solderz 0
You should have smooth called the bet here. You got it down to heads up before the flop. Got a perfect flop. The worst case would be that he flopped and open end straight draw, but very unlikely due to preflop raise. Smooth call and let him bet at it again. Capitalize on this to get more chips
