I was really excited when my cable serves started offering on demand, maining for movies but also for my favorite shows and sports reruns. One of the first things i check was if they had any poker on their, adly i didnt find any at first. It was only after looking up a program on discovery channel that i found a few WPT shows (Reno and Celeb invitational) and i instantly saved them both and watched them that night. Hopefully they will have more poker on the lists soon, maybe some '01 02 '03 world series reruns, maybe even some older harder to find Toureys. My question to the forum is, what Poker Tournement would you like to see on a On Demand type servies?

Personally, I'd like to be able to select from a variety of WSOPs played over the years. As example, wouldn't it be fun to see the 77 WSOP's final table. Of course not so good without the pocket cams we have now - so maybe not.Until there is more poker on TV maybe you could study for your ASL final.

Check the Lifestyle section in the main menu, they have a gambling section which has a 8 or 10 part series on Limit Hold'em. Each are about 10 minutes long and it's Mike Matasaw(sp?), Sklansky, Doyle's son, and another guy watching people play (who they coached) and discussing the game. Pretty interesting.

ESPN classic regularly has past tournament on around 12-1 am EST. The last few weeks I have seen 94 95 97 98 WSOP 2002 US Poker championship and a bunch of others. I just tape them with TIVO and watch them later.
