One of these days Suited. For me, it has to be a planned trip. I'm down in Lafayette/West Lafayette, IN. Driving up to Chicago is a trip, albeit a small one, that has to be planned first. Plus I'd rather not drive up there by myself, so I have to talk a friend or two into joining me.
Matusow: Yeah, I'll introduce everyone. Overrated donkey, Internet donkey, tournament donkey, and Andy Bloch.
Jack: Thank you for the update, Mike.
Matusow: You're very welcome.

I was just there on Friday night until 5am... what limits do you play, and how often you go up there?Have you ever seen that douchebag w/ the greased back pony tail who always gets pissed when someone beats him in any pot... and gets annoyed real easy... he plays the $200 max game, and I took him for about $300 the other night... it was sweet to see his expressions after some of the hands...

That place is such a dump. I went once, played $3/$6 for about 3 hours, and felt so dirty I had to leave. Soft table, though. How'd you fare, Kurt?

So here's how it went.I was at the tightest/passive-est 3/6 table in the whole room I think. Pre-Flop raises maybe every 5th or 6th hand. So the pots weren't too huge. But on top of it... The deck was just crapping on me. I had nothing to play. I could probably tell you all the hands I won. I was there from about 11-3:30 or so. Probably won less than 10 pots... In fact I am almost positive it was less than that. Had one or two guys at the table who pretty much played every pot, and then everyone else dabbled here and there. I mostly sat there and folded my 94o, 92o, 93o, 840 (Actual sequence of hands) I got KK as the first hand I played. Raised pre-flop and got 2 callers. Raggedy flop, and I bet, and they folded. Woohoo! So it continue on like this most of the night, no cards and pretty much down between $20-45 the whole night. Then, while I'm down about $40ish, this hand comes up.Q10s in the cutoff. 2 early limpers. I limp in and the blinds call/check.Flop is Q-Q-10 rainbow. SB bets (he bet everything) One caller, and I just smooth call my nuts, lol.Turn is an 8. Which is good, since I still have the nuts. SB bets out again, this time MP raises. (wow) so I call again and SB calls. (I think SB didn't have much, and I didn't want him gone yet).River is a 9.SB checks, MP checks... I'm like huh? So I bet out. SB raises. MP 3-bets it (all-in), and I cap and SB calls my cap.I turn over the nuts. SB has KJ for the straight. MP has Q9 for the lower full house. I take down a monster and it puts me up $60 for the night. So that made it a decent night, but otherwise I could not catch anything. Here are hands I got. AK- 3 times. KK once. A10- 2 times. QJ once, 99, 77, 22, 33. Never saw, not even once... KQ, KJ, AQ, AJ, JJ, QQ, AA.Anyway... I ended up $60, but my girlfriend was playing and wound up on a completely opposite table. All maniacs. Tons of blind raising and capping with 84o and stuff like that. She got nothing big and ended down $60 and we broke exactly even. So that was fine I guess. Much better than losing.
