Is there a place to read up on how to play two pairs on the flop? I find it really difficult because there are so many different combination to beat you with it, such as sets, straights, flush, and it seems if I play them too agressively I get burned all the time, to the point I'm afraid to play them at all. Just need some advice.

You need to be more specific in your question, the value of two pair is affected by the draws on board and many other factors. Two pair is not a bad hand, but its not a nut hand ever.

with top 2 pair i automatically assume it is the best hand on the flop, until i get other information from the betting ... unless its obviously weak... ex. QJ on a flop of T J Q in a raised pot. top 2 is hard to get away from on the flop, so you really gotta be observant. bottom 2 on the other hand is a pretty marginal hand. i like to ram it early, and if im called i usually shut down... unless im positive they are drawing against me.
