On Absolute, .5/1 table. Somewhat loose table for the most part. Im in CO with A9o. One limper and it's folded to me. Should I be raising this, calling or just folding?

Depends where the limp comes from. You really don't want to be in for two bets against a BB and an UTG limp (assuming he as any concept at all of position, which might be a stretch.)Folding is a lot easier. There are better marginal situations to maximize value from.

If the blinds are weak/tight, and the limper is very loose, I'd probably raise. Most times I'm just throwing this away though. If everyone folded to you, I'm raising more times than not.

I think the limper was UTG+2, and yes he was rather loose, coming into almost every hand.
