I am having a hard time keeping my chip stack growing during the middle stages of mtts. As of right now..i am folding prob like 80% of my hands in these tourneys and once 1/3 of people are left about I just cant seem to break through and collect chips. How do you guys get through while profiting enough to propel into the money. ?

I'm amazed that you can play 80% of the hands and still be in the top 1/3. Guess a lot of folks are playin 100%... or more likely that you are actually a decent post flop player.Play about 1/4 the number of hands you are playing. And play those hands more aggressively.

[inster incredibly vague answer]
i saw him at the riverbank. he was breaking bread and giving thanks. with crosses made of pipes and planks. leaned up against the nitrous tanks.
he said take a hit. hold your breath and i'll dunk your head. then when you wake up, you'll be high as hell and born again.

Don't take this as gospel, just an opinion. As you approach the bubble in the later stages of the tournament, people traditionally tighten up, hoping to make the money. This is a key time to blind steal. If you can't blind steal, your chances of making it into the higher money is severely limited. You have to take advantage of this 'tightening' to loosen up your game perhaps bluff at a few pots. People do not want to put their stack on the line unless they have a monster, once the bubble approaches.Dev
