I finally received my start date for the main event. I was happy to see that I will be playing on the first day. Providing that I survive, I will have a full two days of rest before day two. With the extremely long hours, I think that this will be a big advantage, as the people who play on day three will only have about eight to ten hours before needing to be back at the tables. Meanwhile I will have a chance to catch up on sleep, and wind down a bit.

Plenty of Scooby Snacks during your two day rest should you survive day one.Good luck!Although I'm not sure 'luck' is an appropriate word here...

According to Vegas King all that I need is luck, so I am not worried at all. I was lucky enough to get a day one start, so I will probably just be lucky all the way through. I probably will not actually worry about any type of strategy or playing style, but will just mainly rely on my cards being lucky ones (SW).

The only thing you can control in poker is yourself. If you can't deal with the players or the outcome, then why play ?

yes, they are expecting at least 6600 people so 2200 people per day and u have 3 days of Day 1. Although, didnt someone mention that they are thinking of adding 2200 more people to take it to 8800, can u imagine?
