don't really play many drawing hands, which i guess this is in this situation. i'm mainly interested in post-flop play, but obviously that's influenced by pre-flop play, which may have not been good here.i have almost 300 PT hands on this guy, and my read on him is pretty loose, with 44% VPIP and not that passive nor super-aggressive. importantly, he did not attempt to steal blinds in 16 previous attempts. still though, pretty loose. i bet and reraise the flop for equity and to gauge his reaction. obviously from his raise and then call on the turn though he is showing as much strength as you could expect unless he flopped a set so i didn't get the info i was hoping for.lets say the river is the 6 of clubs or a similar undercard X. do i bet? i should expect him to call, and his fold may have largely been due to the ace (88, 99 seem most likely, but QQ and KK are possible). opinions?haha as i say this, i just raised pre-flop, just to have TWO people hit backdoor flushes...with 4-7 and 2-3 (soooooted).having an excellent session though, up about 45bb, hit two sets, aces held up, nice loose tables, etc.danielParty Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converterPreflop: Hero is SB with K:spade:, Q:spade:. KQs is much more than a "drawing hand".You played this hand correctly.If the river was a total blank, I'd probably still bet/fold against a 44% VPIP player.

I 3-bet his preflop, most of the time. Depends on the CO and BB.

I agree with wrto.I'd three-bet preflop because it smells like a blindstealing raise. I'd autobet pretty much any flop, but with that flop I'd jam it (equity edge). Well played post-flop.
