Looks like this argument is over. Good job Justin. Paying reparations will split this country sharply, race relations will NEVER improve, only bitterness. Cash is not the answer

as much of anice thing it would be, its ended too long ago. the japanese reparations were paid immeditely. THere were strides after the civil war though. The radical republicans of the day(kinda funny now to think about the post civil war reps being called radical in light of how they are today) were able to put blacks in position of power, just the reconstruction era didn't last. what is more important is that we need to put laws in effect and teach our children that everyone is the same, that is the only way to get past some of the problems that still exist
